1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within India.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

In the event of high order volumes (festive seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Zanza is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at [contact.zanzaa@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
