At Zanza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

4. The Process

5. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
6. Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error, Zanza will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
